class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il\u00a0<strong>Castello dei Vicari di Lari<\/strong>\u00a0sorge sul poggio pi\u00f9 alto al centro del paese, antico borgo medievale.<br \/>La rocca divenne, a partire dalla fine del XV secolo, sede di Vicariato fiorentino e per pi\u00f9 di quattro secoli dal castello fu amministrato un territorio pari a circa un terzo dell&#8217;attuale provincia di Pisa.<br \/>Il Vicariato venne poi abolito con l&#8217;adesione del Granducato di Toscana al Regno d&#8217;Italia mentre una pretura civile rimase a Lari fino alla fine culturale ed artistica, aprendo alle visite turistiche, ma anche organizzandovi conferenze e presentazioni.<\/p><p>Il Castello ospita oggi un percorso museale sulla storia del Vicariato, con documenti, piante e cabrei, ricostruzioni e diorami che rappresentano i fatti salienti della vita di questo importante centro.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
